Tom and his team worked were really great at handling all of our questions. They ask for request on special attention to anything, but I feel like that is to make you feel more at ease. These guys will check everything for you. They spent approximately 3 hours looking over everything. Luckily there wasn’t much wrong, but they cover every tiny detail. It was great to have the digital photos of everything so we didn’t have to climb into every small nook with them. I also didn’t want to crowd them, but apparently its better to let them do their own thing and I can see why. I would highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

Tom Leite conducted the inspection for a condo we are in the process of purchasing. He was on time, kind, incredibly thorough and willing to address all our questions as he was conducting the inspection. Some very good pictures and explanations were used for the report. The inspection started at 2:30pm, we had the report before end of day. This level of care, patience and efficiency is rare, we highly recommend Tom’s services! Awesome experience.

Tom Leite and his company are very thorough at their job. The reports are very detailed and provide industry standard examples when items are discovered to be sub-par. They use FLIR camera which does an amazing job at “seeing” abnormalities, or even just hot and cold water pipes behind walls. I will be booking them again for my next inspection.
